You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days, without giving any reason and at no cost to you, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email). You may use the withdrawal form below, though this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order, we will refund all amounts we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise, and you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back, or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
You must return the product to us without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if you ship the product before it expires.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
