The use of this website indicates the User’s agreement with the terms of use (Terms). This website and the services offered through it are addressed exclusively to adults.

Minors are prohibited from using or visiting it, as well as from entering into transactions. By accepting the Terms, the User declares that he is eighteen (18) years of age or older. If the User is under eighteen (18) years of age but over fifteen (15), he/she has the right to use the services of the website exclusively and only under the supervision of a parent or other person exercising parental responsibility, who also accepts these Terms. Applicable Law and Other Terms

The Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, as well as any amendment or change thereof, are governed by national law, European law and the relevant international treaties. Any provision of the Terms, if found to be contrary to the above legal framework or becomes invalid, shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from the Terms, without, in any case, affecting the validity of the other Terms. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between ykmedica.gr and the User of its pages and services and shall bind only them. No amendment to the Terms will be taken into account and shall not form part of this agreement, if it has not been formulated in writing and has not been expressly incorporated into it. The visitor/user is obliged to respect, in accordance with the Law, good morals and these Terms, not to take any actions or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to it (website), or affect or jeopardize the provision of services from the website ykmedica.gr

Product returns are not accepted.
Discount coupons cannot be used for purchases with an invoice.

YouKnow Medica provides its users with the possibility of placing orders for its products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the website and by phone from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 21:00. The user has the choice of payment method and shipping location as well as the choice of the type of document (receipt or sales invoice). The website ykmedica.gr undertakes the obligation to inform its users of any modification to the terms and conditions of transactions, however, these modifications do not apply to orders that have already been placed.

The website ykmedica.gr is entitled at any time and without notice to change the nature and content of this website, as well as to suspend or interrupt its operation temporarily or permanently. The operation of this website may also be interrupted or suspended or hindered for reasons beyond the control or will of ykmedica.gr.

Electronic Order Terms

Specifically, in case you wish to purchase products from the Website, you will find pre-contractual information and purchase terms below

1. Contracting Parties

These “Terms of Electronic Order” apply to every Online purchase of products (hereinafter “Products”) made through the website ykmedica.gr through the Website’s online store (hereinafter “Online Store”) and constitute the entire binding agreement between YK Medica G.P. and the customers.

2. Why are we providing you with this text

If you make a purchase from our online store, a “contract” will be drawn up between us.
This contract is legally called a “distance contract”, since this contract is drawn up between us not with our simultaneous physical presence, but with the exclusive use of the internet as a means of communication.
If the contract is drawn up between us, you will undertake to pay us the price of each product and we will undertake to deliver it to you in the manner you choose among the options we offer you.
Thus, in accordance with the applicable legislation, and primarily Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection”, which can be found here, the presidential decree 10/17.02.2017 (Government Gazette A’ 23/01.03.2017) which contains the “Consumer Code of Conduct”, which you can find here, as well as the Ministerial Decision 31619/15.03.2017 ec. (Government Gazette B’ 969/22.03.2017) “Consumer Code of Conduct for Electronic Commerce” which you can find here, as well as the presidential decree 131/30.04.2003 (Government Gazette A’ 116/16.05.2003) for the adaptation of Greek law to Directive 2000/31 on electronic commerce, which you can find here, we are obliged to provide you with sufficient information before drawing up the contract between us.

3. How the contract between us will be drawn up, rights of the parties, withdrawal.

Registration or Login

For security reasons, the visitor to the website (hereinafter referred to as “User of the online store”, “User” or “Customer”) may register for the services before starting the process of submitting his order. For his registration, we will collect some personal data (name and email) based on compliance with the instructions of the Personal Data Protection Authority (GDPR). The website ykmedica.gr will have the right to use this information to send updates about new products or offers to customers or registered users of the online store only if you have given your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time and be deleted from our communication list.

4. Order – Submission and Acceptance

Submission of an electronic order – Proposal to purchase goods

The order for products is submitted by selecting each product, which is then placed in the “shopping cart”. Before completing the order (checkout), the Customer is informed about the products he has selected and then selects the activation of the relevant checkbox (box to select) “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the website”.

In accordance with the applicable legislation (articles 3b of Law 2251/1994) the Customer will be asked to confirm that he has been informed:

The main characteristics of the products or ordered, as described on the pages of the online store. The Customer must check each relevant characteristic before submitting his order, so as not to have any doubt about the characteristics and properties of the ordered products and/or services. The website ykmedica.gr is not responsible in the event that the Customer has failed to be adequately informed about the above.
The identity, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the website ykmedica.gr , as well as the supplier of the ordered products and/or services.
The total price of the products of the order, including VAT, any other fee and all additional shipping, delivery or postal charges as well as any other expenses. When these charges cannot be reasonably calculated in advance, the fact that such additional charges may be required is made known to the Customer in the text of the order (order form) and the Customer must be aware of this before submitting the order. Additional charges or other costs that were not made known to the Customer before submitting his order or in case they could not be calculated at the time of ordering were not communicated to the Customer by telephone before confirming receipt of the order, then these are not borne by the Customer without his prior express consent. In particular, the listed prices of the products and/or services as set out in the online store are the final prices (including the corresponding VAT). The above listed final prices of each product and/or service in the online store do not include shipping costs, which are calculated later in the text of the order based on the choice of shipping method.
The cost of using the means of distance communication for the conclusion of the contract, when this is calculated on the basis of a charge other than the basic tariffs.
The means of payment, delivery, execution, as well as the deadline within which the website ykmedica.gr undertakes to deliver the goods or provide the services.
Any delivery restrictions and means of payment.
The conditions, exceptions, deadline and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the obligation to charge the Customer with the direct cost of returning the products to the website ykmedica.gr in the event of withdrawal.
In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal after having used the service, he must pay a reasonable cost to the website ykmedica.gr.
When no right of withdrawal is provided under the Law, the information that the Customer will not have the right of withdrawal or, where applicable, the circumstances under which the Customer loses the right of withdrawal.
The existence of the liability of the website ykmedica.gr for actual defects and lack of agreed properties in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Where applicable, the existence and the terms of application of after-sales customer support services, after-sales service and commercial guarantees.
The duration of the contract, where applicable, or, if the contract is of indefinite duration or automatic extension, the terms for the termination of the contract.

Where applicable, any typical interoperability of digital content with hardware and software of which the website ykmedica.gr is aware or reasonably expected to be aware.
Where applicable, the possibility of resorting to an out-of-court complaints and redress mechanism to which the website ykmedica.gr is subject, as well as the methods of accessing it.
The obligation to pay upon submission of the order.

Sending the order to the website ykmedica.gr constitutes a proposal to purchase the ordered goods and a declaration of acceptance of all charges described in the order. If there is no notification or acceptance, the Customer is entitled to a refund of this payment.

5. Confirmation of receipt of an electronic order – Preparation of a sale

The order will be binding for us when you receive the confirmation of acceptance of the order in the email you indicated, as described below.

The order has been registered by Us from the moment the Customer receives an update of the order status with the indication “Your order at YK Medica has been received!”. The above email will explicitly confirm the content of the order, the total price, and the estimated delivery time of the order (depending on the method of payment and delivery of the order). The order is considered binding and the sale is considered to have been prepared and creates claims of the contracting parties.

During the processing of each registered order, the availability of stock of the products of the order is confirmed. In case the availability or delivery time differs from that indicated on the product page, the Customer will receive relevant information. Updates on the status of the order are made by email to the contact email address you indicated when ordering. The status of the order is updated continuously, as well as when changes occur during the management of the order.

The Customer also has the opportunity to be informed about the progress of the order, either by telephone (Tel: +30 210 2201039), or by sending an email (email to the email address: info@ykmedica.gr )

6. Limitations of Liability

In the context of good faith and business ethics, the website ykmedica.gr is not obliged to accept an order and conclude a sale of products that, due to a typographical or computer error, appear in the online store with an incorrect price, i.e. lower or higher than the one applicable for the period in question. In the event that such an error in the price is found in only part of the ordered products, then the order is valid and is executed normally for the remaining products and is considered incomplete for the products in which the error was found, except in the case where the items in the order are related, are to be used as a single whole and function as a unit with each other and the Customer declares that the partial fulfillment of the order does not serve his needs or interests, in which case the website ykmedica.gr must cancel the entire order.

7. Product availability and cases of non-provision of services

The Customer is informed of the availability of the products through indications placed on the page of each product or service in the online store. The website ykmedica.gr reserves the right to make the products available if they are not available at the time of the order. In this case, the website ykmedica.gr reserves the right not to accept the specific order and therefore not to make the sale. Any payments will be refunded to the Customer without undue delay, in the same way that the Customer chose to pay for his order. Special cases of availability are the following:

Temporarily Out of Stock

The product is out of stock or discontinued or its receipt is not expected immediately.

Unavailability of part of the order

If the lack of availability concerns only part of the ordered products of the order, the rest of the order is executed normally, unless the products of the order are related, and are to be used as a single whole and the Customer declares that the partial execution of the order does not serve his needs or interests, in which case the website ykmedica.gr must cancel the entire order.

8. Order Delivery

Delivery Place

If the Customer has chosen to pay for his order by credit card, he must, upon receipt of the Product from our partner carrier, show his identity document and the credit card with which he made the purchase.

Delivery to the place specified by the Customer

The product is delivered to an external partner – carrier and the Customer is informed electronically that the product is ready for shipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the Customer’s order. Any incorrect entry by the Customer and therefore incorrect calculation of shipping costs is not the responsibility of the website ykmedica.gr, but of the Customer. It is noted that the Customer may choose to transport by his own means and expenses, however, in this case, the products are transported at his own risk. To receive the order, the Customer will show the external partner-carrier the order confirmation (order code) and the shipping notification, as well as an official identification document (such as a police ID card or passport). If the Customer wishes to authorize a third party to receive his order, then the third authorized person must show a special authorization to receive the specific order legally recognized by a KEP or police or other Authority as well as an official document necessary for checking identity (police ID, passport, etc.). Since after receiving the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as by his signature upon receipt he confirms that he correctly received the products of his order. If the Customer does not receive the product after receiving the notification to ship and despite the relevant notification from the carrier, the website ykmedica.gr reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

Shipping methods

The website ykmedica.gr has taken care of the most modern way of managing the shipping process of a product.

The product categories are divided into:

Available: The products are in stock and are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day of the order (provided the order has been placed by 3:00 PM).
Available in 3 to 5 days: The products are not in our warehouse at this time. They are usually shipped in 3-5 days if it is placed by 3:00 PM and if the product is available to the supplier. In case the product is not available at the supplier, the customer service department will contact you to inform you and find the best possible solution.
Available in 5 to 8 days: The products are not in our warehouse at this time. They are usually shipped 5-8 days if ordered by 15:00 and if the product is available at the supplier. In case the product is not available at the supplier, the customer service department will contact you to inform you and find the best possible solution.
Out of stock: The product is not available and cannot be added to the “Cart”.
Discontinued: The product has been discontinued by the production company and there is no possibility of a new order.

Your order can also be delivered to another address if you select the corresponding field and proceed to change the address.

Deliveries are made on working days between 09:00 – 17:00.

Note: the order will be shipped to the address you indicate.

Shipping Costs and Parts

For purchases of any products with a total cost of fifty-nine (59.00) euros and above and weighing up to three (3) kilograms, the customer is not charged shipping costs. For each additional kilogram beyond three, the customer is charged ninety (0.90) euro cents per additional kilogram.

For purchases of any products with a total cost of less than fifty-nine (59.00) euros, the customer is charged shipping costs of two euros (1.80), provided that the total weight of the products does not exceed three (3) kilograms. For each additional kilogram beyond three, the customer is further charged ninety (0.90) euro cents per additional kilogram.

The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.

All of the above prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent with the analysis of your order.

Pickup via “BOX NOW” (coming soon)

“BOX NOW” as a pickup method allows you to pick up your package yourself at any time you want at one of the “BOX NOW” Automatic Pickup Machines. The cost of the service is Free for orders over €59 while for orders under €59 the cost of the service is €1.80.

Pickup from a Physical Store

The option of picking up from a Physical Store is not currently available

Shipping to Cyprus

The delivery time for products marked “Available” is 6-10 business days from the day of the order (provided the order has been placed by 3:00 PM). If a product is not available, we will inform you by email or phone about the progress of your order.

Deliveries are made on business days between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

For product purchases regardless of the total cost, shipments are charged five (5.00) euros, for an order weight of up to two (2) kilograms.

If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kilograms, then the order for each additional kilogram beyond two the customer is further charged two and a half (2.50) euros per additional kilogram.
– if your order weighs 3kg then 5€ (for the first two kilograms) + 2.50€ (for the one additional kilogram) = 7.50

All the above prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent with the analysis of your order. You do not need to do anything else. Your order has been sent. 9. Delivery Time

The delivery time of the products and services sold is specified in the order depending on availability, confirmed upon acceptance of the order by the website ykmedica.gr, and is a maximum of thirty (30) days from the time of the sale, unless there is a special different agreement of the parties confirmed in writing, by electronic mail.

Force majeure

The website ykmedica.gr is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to the fault of the website ykmedica.gr or due to force majeure, in particular to incidents related to the COVID – 19 pandemic, e.g. a ban on movement and exit/entry to a certain area of the country. Therefore, the website ykmedica.gr is entitled to an extension of the time for execution. Indicative examples may be strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters, pandemics and epidemics. If such incidents last more than two (2) months, the sales contract may be withdrawn by either party without compensation. If the Customer considers that he/she no longer has an interest in the execution of the order, he/she is entitled to terminate the sales contract and the website ykmedica.gr is obliged to refund the price as well as any other amount that was paid under the sales contract.

10. Receipt/invoice

During the order completion process, you can decide whether you want a receipt or invoice, which will be sent electronically to the email address you have provided in your order.

11. Payment

Payment for an order is made in the following ways:

Debit Card

When entering your card details, the bank blocks the amount of your order. The charge to your debit card is linked to the invoicing and issuance of the relevant document that is simultaneously sent to myData (In the case of payment of the order using a debit or prepaid card, the Website does not retain or store the details of each user’s credit or debit cards. The details are stored only upon request of the user in a secure system of the cooperating banking institutions)

Paypal

Bank Account Deposit

If you do not have a debit card or if you cannot be at home to receive your products, you can pay for your order via bank account. For your best service, please provide the bank with your full name and Order Number as a reason. Then please send the deposit receipt by email to info@ykmedica.gr within 4 business days of placing the order. The bank account to which you can deposit the money is as follows:

12. Use of discount codes

The use of discount codes offered within the framework of the promotional action of the website ykmedica.gr concerns exclusively and only purchases from the specific website and cannot be used by other points of sale (such as indicatively and not bindingly or restrictively: pharmacies) of the products, to which (products) a discount is applied, using a discount code.
The website ykmedica.gr reserves the right (without notice) to cancel the validity, change the value or vary the method of calculating the discount of discount codes

13. Non-receipt of product

In case of non-receipt of product, due to refusal of receipt by the customer:
- In case that the product has already been paid for, it is accepted by both parties that it is equivalent to a request for return of the product and refund, which (see above) is not accepted, so even if the products are returned to the website ykmedica.gr (obviously with a charge for return costs, to the website ykmedica.gr) no refund is made to the customer
- In case that the product has been previously agreed to be delivered and paid for on delivery, the website ykmedica.gr reserves the right to claim from the prospective customer (who ordered the product) compensation for the financial damage suffered, either through a compromise between the two parties, or through the legal remedies provided for by the relevant Greek law.
In case of non-receipt of a product due to inability or technical difficulties of access, which prevent delivery and therefore receipt by the customer, and provided that neither of the two parties bears any relevant responsibility:
- The website ykmedica.gr undertakes to exhaust every possible alternative method in order to deliver the product
- In case of ultimately receipt (despite what was mentioned in the previous paragraph) is not possible, then the product will be returned to the website ykmedica.gr, which will not withhold the price for the purchase of the product (if it has been prepaid), nor will it claim it (if payment on delivery has been agreed in advance. However, the website ykmedica.gr reserves the right to claim compensation from the prospective customer (who ordered the product) for the financial damage suffered (indicatively, not necessarily and not restrictively), either through a compromise between the two parties, or through the legal remedies provided for by the relevant Greek legislation.
In the event that the non-receipt (due to non-delivery) is due to fault, such as (indicatively, not mandatory and not limited to), incorrect delivery details and the product is returned to the website ykmedica.gr, it is accepted that the same applies as in the case of “non-receipt of the product, due to refusal of receipt by the customer”

14. Non-provision of Services

The website ykmedica.gr reserves the right not to provide services in cases of:

Non-fulfillment of terms or conditions on the part of the prospective customer (see above)
Lack of product (see above)
Force majeure that prevents the completion of the sale of the product
Objective weakness (not due to the website ykmedica.gr) such as (indicatively, not necessarily and not limiting) inaccessible delivery address, risk of approaching the delivery address (armed conflicts, increased levels radioactivity) etc.

15. Order cancellation

Order cancellation is accepted only in the following two cases:

Since the cancellation request has been sent (exclusively) by email to this website or the email address info@ykmedica.gr and has been confirmed to the prospective customer with a written response that “his request was received before the product was shipped and his order was registered as invalid”. In case the product has been dispatched for delivery (from the point of its departure from the storage warehouse) the cancellation request is not accepted and the provisions in the above section for “non-receipt of product” apply
In the case the customer requests to apply his right of withdrawal, as described in detail in the next section)

16. Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Law 2251/1994 .

What is it?

The right of withdrawal is a basic right granted by law and given to every consumer in distance contracts.It is the consumer’s right to request that the contract he had concluded with a supplier or service provider be overturned.

How is it applied?

At any time and until 14 calendar days have passed since the conclusion of the contract between us, you can send us an email to our contact address (info@ykmedica.gr) a notification that you no longer want us to provide you with our service. The Customer can easily return the products he has purchased from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them. In any case for Online orders, the Customer may, before returning the products, contact us at +30 210 220 1039 or by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@ykmedica.gr. In particular, the Customer has the above right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:

Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the products (when it comes to products) or their receipt (when the Customer has chosen “collection from the store”) and in the case of multiple goods ordered by the Customer with one order and delivered separately from the time of receipt and the last one, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter “Withdrawal”).
This withdrawal is unfounded and the Customer must return the product exactly in perfect condition received it. In particular, the returned product must not have been used, be in excellent condition (“like new”), exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging, without tears or damage/alterations and with all the contents of the original packaging.
In addition, in order for the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document.
The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged by the website ykmedica.gr for sending the product to him and the shipping costs for its return.
You can withdraw by completing a withdrawal declaration
The withdrawal declaration is exercised in writing by completing the relevant form and sending it
- either at the postal address of the website ykmedica.gr
- or at the electronic address info@tykmedica.gr and the website ykmedica.gr is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement upon receipt.
Following the withdrawal statement, the website ykmedica.gr is obliged to refund the Customer the price it received. In the case of charging the Customer via debit card, the website ykmedica.gr, if it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will proceed with any foreseen action. The website ykmedica.gr, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer.
The refund of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than fourteen (14) working days from the time the website ykmedica.gr received demonstrable knowledge of his withdrawal.
Delivery costs are not refunded only if the Customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the website ykmedica.gr
The Customer is liable to compensate the website ykmedica.gr if he made use other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal, and the website ykmedica.gr is entitled to agree with the Customer on its compensation even by mutual offsetting. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, any associated contracts shall automatically terminate, without any cost to the Customer.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Products which are not suitable for return, for health protection reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.

Claims due to defect or lack of agreed property

The Withdrawal we mentioned does not include defective products or products in which there is a lack of agreed property, which are covered by their respective guarantees.
In case of liability of the website ykmedica.gr for a real defect or for a lack of agreed property of the product (“legal guarantee”), the Customer is entitled at his choice:

to demand, without charge, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs,
to request a reduction of the price or
to withdraw from the sales contract, unless it is an insignificant real defect. For a property to be considered agreed, it must have been agreed in writing. If the Customer chooses to repair or replace the product, the website ykmedica.gr must proceed with the repair or replacement within a reasonable time.

The above statutory (Article 540 of the Greek Civil Code) rights of the Customer shall expire after two (2) years for mobile phones.
In the event that the customer chooses to replace the product with another product without charge, then within a reasonable time, the website ykmedica.gr will receive the defective product or the product lacking the agreed-upon properties from the address indicated by the customer and will then send the same product without actual defects or the correct product with the agreed-upon properties to the customer within a reasonable time. The company has the right to examine in its warehouse and offices the product that will be returned to it during the above procedure for exercising the right to replace the product and to confirm the truth of all that the customer claims regarding the defect and the lack of the agreed properties, reserving the right not to send a new product to the customer or compensation if there is no legitimate reason for this.
• It is clarified that the packaging of the products may have been visually altered before the website ykmedica.gr has time to renew their presentation in their new packaging. Visual changes to the packaging do not constitute a defect or lack of an agreed property of the product. In this case and since it is the same product with its packaging simply changed (renewed) by the manufacturing company or distributor, the customer is not entitled to request the return of the product and its replacement with another. However, the website ykmedica.gr may request confirmation that it is the same product either by telephone or via email (+30 210 220 1039, info@ykmedica.gr).

If a product is declared as defective by the Customer, the website ykmedica.gr expressly reserves the right to have the product previously diagnosed as defective by competent technicians.

Limitation of liability

The website ykmedica.gr is exempt from the above obligations if it notified the Customer and thus the Customer was aware of the lack or defect in the product. Furthermore, the website ykmedica.gr does not provide a guarantee, nor does it guarantee protection against the unsuitability of the product sold for any specific purpose.

17. Final Provisions

The contract to be drawn up between us is governed by European and Greek Law, in particular by the legislation regulating issues related to electronic commerce, the provision of distance services and consumer protection. Similarly, the website has been created and is controlled by YK Medica O.E. and Greek Law will guide the use of the website and the interpretation of its content. If the User chooses to access the website from another country, he is responsible for following the Laws of that country.
Any dispute that arises and which stems from the contractual relationship between the website ykmedica.gr and the Customer, the competent Courts of Piraeus are responsible for its resolution.
For any out-of-court resolution of the dispute, you can contact the competent bodies for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, e.g. at the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Pl. Kaningos, 10181, Athens, www.efpolis.gr, tel.: 1520, fax: 2103843549), at the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, 144 Alexandras Ave., 114 71, Athens, tel.: 2106460734, fax: 2106460414), at the Committees for the Amicable Settlement of Consumer Disputes (article 11 of Law 2251/1994) which are based in the local Municipalities of the country.
According to Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into Greek legislation with Joint Ministerial Decree 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is now provided throughout the European Union. The Customer may contact the above body in order to guide him throughout the entire process of submitting and processing his complaint.
